During your first visit we will spend time getting to know one another in order to start identifying goals for treatment. Sessions are generally 45-50 minutes in duration. Please read through this page where you will find all the practical information you need, such as first visit procedures, insurance and payment policies and more. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms prior to your first appointment.
Please print and fill out these forms prior to arriving for your appointment. If you choose to complete the forms at my office, please let me know, and I will have forms ready when you arrive. I would ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to complete them.

I am a fee for service provider. While I am on panel with BCBS and select other insurance companies, I recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm. If I am not on their provider list, please let me know and I would be happy to inquire on how to become a provider with your carrier. Many PPO's allow subscribers to choose their own therapist and may reimburse them at the out-of-network rate. After each session I will provide a receipt and a universally accepted reimbursement form that you can use to send to your carrier for reimbursement minus copays.
I currently accept cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Insightful Solutions Counseling. To discuss your insurance coverage or payment options, please give me a call.
